Senior Business Banker - Boston, MA

The Senior Business Banker plays a critical role in driving the growth and profitability of the bank by generating new deposits, business loans, treasury management services, and other revenue streams.

They focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships with businesses in the $2mm-$20mm space within their assigned market.

Primary responsibilities include meeting with prospects to bring in new relationships, developing strong COIs in the marketplace, and closing new business opportunities.

This role places a strong emphasis on prospecting and business development, as well as deepening relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively generates new business by prospecting for deposits, lending, treasury management, merchant services and other banking solutions.

• Meet with prospects to bring in new relationships, develop strong COI relationships in your market
